Description

  • Define and execute growth marketing strategy based on predictive channel-level unit economics.
  • Build end-to-end funnel measurement from creative through activation and monetization.
  • Maintain weekly reporting transparency through dashboards, test status, and next steps.
  • Run a disciplined hypothesis-to-test-to-decision experimentation process.
  • Standardize experiments with clear metrics, budgets, kill criteria, and go/no-go deadlines.
  • Analyze attribution gaps and create a plan to improve attribution coverage to 85%+.
  • Manage spend across Google, Meta, and other channels using predictive ROI models.
  • Audit and restructure marketing team ownership, KPIs, and output per person.
  • Rebuild the creative process to be strategic and performance-driven.
  • Align marketing experiments with product and engineering initiatives end to end.

Requirements

  • Experience scaling B2C subscription businesses with personal accountability for MRR growth.
  • Strong strategic and hands-on experience in ad platforms and data-driven growth marketing.
  • Deep technical understanding of events, pixels, data pipelines, attribution stacks, and integrations.
  • Experience working in an experimentation-first environment with high testing velocity.
  • Ability to operate across marketing, product, and engineering functions.
  • Comfortable working quickly with limited time to deliver clear results in the first 30–60 days.
  • Experience managing media buying, attribution, and platform re-learning during funnel changes.
  • Ability to identify and rebuild the Segment ↔ Channel ↔ Offer ↔ Monetization loop.
  • Experience launching conversion-focused lead magnets is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely from the EU or US is preferred.
