Description

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product features for the JobHunt Engine.
  • Own the product lifecycle from hypothesis through scaled impact, with accountability for business outcomes.
  • Translate business problems into ML hypotheses and product solutions.
  • Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to define data requirements, evaluation frameworks, model monitoring, and delivery processes.
  • Design and run rapid validation cycles using methods such as A/B tests, shadow models, and phased rollouts.
  • Make data-driven go/no-go decisions under uncertainty and with limited data or infrastructure.
  • Break down ambiguous problems, prioritize what matters most, and build simple effective solutions first.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams to align on goals, trade-offs, and progress.
  • Drive improvements in matching, ranking, personalization, and job relevance systems.
  • Measure and improve core outcomes such as job supply coverage, matching success, and application-to-offer conversion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a data-intensive or ML-driven domain.
  • Strong understanding of ML/LLM fundamentals, including NLP and recommendation systems.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling AI-powered features such as matching, ranking, and personalization.
  • Practical knowledge of evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, and model monitoring.
  • Ability to define data pipelines, metrics, and operating processes with ML engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to formulate and rigorously test hypotheses using statistical methods such as A/B testing, significance testing, and confidence intervals.
  • Ability to reason about probability, causality, and data limitations to make informed decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a bias toward quick prototyping and fast experimentation.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity, noisy data, and contradictory model results.
  • Fluent English and Russian, with strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience in a Data Science, Data Analyst, or ML Engineer role.
  • HRTech experience is a strong plus.
