Description

  • Own the Platform product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
  • Use AI to reinvent how members access care and improve the platform experience.
  • Champion a member-first perspective across programs and products.
  • Ship quickly, run experiments, and validate impact through learning and iteration.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, growth, and clinical teams on cross-cutting services.
  • Build and scale core platform capabilities such as navigation, notifications, member profiles, scheduling, experimentation, and the design system.
  • Create simple, elegant, and impactful shared systems and services that support multiple products.
  • Mentor other product managers and help shape the product culture.
  • Influence product direction across Sword as the role grows into broader leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Significant experience in platform, consumer, or multi-product environments.
  • Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive, cohesive user experiences.
  • Strong fluency in KPIs such as activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Practical understanding of how AI can accelerate product development, experimentation, and value delivery.
  • Thrives in ambiguity and makes decisions quickly while validating assumptions early.
  • Mastery of discovery, lean development, and simplifying complex problems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to align engineering, design, growth, and clinical teams.
  • Must be based in Europe for this fully remote role.
  • If located in Portugal, candidates must have a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
  • No relocation assistance is provided.
  • US applicants must have a legal right to work in the United States and no visa sponsorship is available.
