Description

  • Drive Reg→Purchase conversion through triggered post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding sequences across email, SMS, and web push.
  • Own first-purchase activation during the first 7 days after signup.
  • Design and manage differentiated renewal flows by subscription plan tier (1, 3, and 6 month).
  • Build pre-cancel intervention flows using pause offers, plan-switch options, and value reminders based on captured cancel reasons.
  • Develop and launch a reactivation engine for cancelled users across email and SMS, personalized by cancel reason and tenure.
  • Own CRM-driven add-on monetization for products such as Resume Review and Resume Builder, including timing, segmentation, copy, and channel strategy.
  • Lead migration from the current ESP to an omnichannel platform and help select the final tool.
  • Restore and maintain email domain reputation and deliverability.
  • Stand up SMS as a production channel, including US compliance requirements such as TCPA and A2P 10DLC.
  • Implement web push and orchestrate cross-channel lifecycle journeys, including email-to-SMS-to-push cascades.
  • Set up incremental measurement with holdouts and report attributable revenue by flow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CVM or lifecycle program experience on the US market, specifically in US B2C subscription.
  • 5+ years total experience in CRM, lifecycle, or CVM, with at least one end-to-end ownership role.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform; Maestra is strongly preferred, with Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo also relevant.
  • Hands-on experience launching SMS as a marketing channel in the US, including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance.
  • Hands-on experience launching web push and measuring its impact.
  • SQL skills sufficient to pull segments and validate data independently.
  • Strong subscription-business orientation with fluency in LTV, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts.
  • Track record of driving measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated with holdout testing.
  • Bias toward action and ability to ship quickly in a small team environment.
  • Experience migrating off a damaged email domain is a plus.
  • Experience in job search, career, HR-tech, or adjacent consumer subscription verticals such as EdTech, FinTech, dating, or streaming is a plus.
  • iMessage Business or RCS experience is a plus.
  • Ability to speak both English and Russian is a plus.
