Description

  • Drive Reg→Purchase conversion through triggered post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding flows across email, SMS, and web push.
  • Own first-purchase activation during the first 7 days after signup.
  • Build and optimize renewal flows differentiated by 1-, 3-, and 6-month plan tiers.
  • Design and launch pre-cancel intervention flows such as pause offers, plan switches, and value reminders using captured cancel reasons.
  • Build and manage reactivation campaigns for cancelled users across email and SMS.
  • Own CRM-driven monetization for add-on products such as Resume Review and Resume Builder.
  • Lead the migration from the current ESP to an omnichannel platform such as Maestra or Customer.io.
  • Restore and maintain email domain reputation and deliverability.
  • Stand up SMS as a compliant marketing channel in the US, including TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements.
  • Launch web push and orchestrate cross-channel lifecycle journeys with incremental measurement and holdouts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CVM or lifecycle marketing experience on the US market, specifically in US B2C subscription businesses.
  • 5+ years total experience in CRM, lifecycle, or CVM, including at least one end-to-end ownership role.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform; Maestra is strongly preferred, with Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo also relevant.
  • Hands-on experience launching SMS marketing in the US with TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience launching web push and measuring its impact.
  • SQL skills sufficient to pull segments and validate data independently.
  • Strong subscription-business orientation with fluency in LTV, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts.
  • Track record of generating measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated through holdout testing.
  • Ability to work with a small team and ship quickly with a bias toward action.
  • Experience migrating off a damaged email domain is preferred.
  • Experience in job search, career, HR-tech, or adjacent consumer subscription verticals such as EdTech, FinTech, dating, or streaming is preferred.
  • iMessage Business or RCS experience is preferred.
  • English and Russian communication skills are preferred.
