Description

  • Drive Reg→Purchase conversion through triggered post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding sequences across email, SMS, and web push.
  • Own first-purchase activation across the first 7 days.
  • Design differentiated renewal sequences by plan tier for 1-, 3-, and 6-month subscriptions.
  • Build pre-cancel intervention flows such as pause offers, plan-switch options, and value reminders using captured cancel reasons.
  • Build the reactivation engine for cancelled users across email and SMS, personalized by cancel reason and tenure.
  • Own CRM-driven add-on monetization for products such as Resume Review and Resume Builder, including timing, segmentation, copy, and channel strategy.
  • Lead the migration from the current ESP to an omnichannel platform such as Maestra or an alternative solution.
  • Recover and maintain email domain reputation.
  • Stand up SMS as a first-class channel and ensure US compliance with TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements.
  • Stand up web push and orchestrate cross-channel lifecycle flows, including email-to-SMS-to-push cascades.
  • Implement incremental measurement with holdouts for every flow and report attributable revenue.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CVM or lifecycle program experience in the US market specifically, with US B2C subscription experience.
  • 5+ years of total experience in CRM, lifecycle, or CVM, with at least one end-to-end ownership role.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform; Maestra is strongly preferred, and Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo are also relevant.
  • Direct experience launching SMS as a marketing channel in the US, including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance.
  • Direct experience launching web push and measuring its impact.
  • SQL skills sufficient to pull segments and validate data independently.
  • A subscription-business mindset focused on LTV, payer metrics, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts.
  • A track record of generating measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated through holdout testing.
  • Bias toward action and the ability to ship quickly in a small team environment.
  • Experience migrating off a damaged email domain, if possible.
  • Experience in job search, career, HR-tech, or adjacent consumer subscription verticals such as EdTech, FinTech, dating, or streaming, if possible.
  • iMessage Business or RCS experience, if possible.
  • English and Russian communication skills, if possible.
