Description

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to identify growth opportunities and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by offering tailored staffing solutions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events to qualify new opportunities.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across South Germany.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective enterprise clients.
  • Contribute to the product marketing roadmap and support cost-effective marketing strategies for sales growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategy.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales progress, revenue forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.
  • Travel across South Germany to meet clients, attend events, and develop business relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling staffing solutions in Germany.
  • Experience as a high-performing hunter in staffing sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and close high-value deals.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and consistently able to exceed sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 25% to 50%, across South Germany.
  • Comfort with technology and AI, and willingness to learn and sell new products.
  • Experience working with performance-based incentives is preferred.
