Description

  • Maintain sales contact, pipeline tracking, and other sales activity reports.
  • Work with operations staff to move loans from submission to funding.
  • Actively manage the loan pipeline.
  • Establish new business, develop existing client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Obtain approval packages for new clients when needed.
  • Solicit business from mortgage brokers and non-delegated correspondents in the assigned territory.
  • Follow up on potential clients and provide ongoing service support.
  • Communicate and train clients on JMAC's products, policies, and procedures to ensure complete loan files and guideline compliance.
  • Create and maintain an effective territory plan and provide written sales call reports to the sales manager.
  • Attend local and state trade association meetings as directed and stay informed on market and underwriting changes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, including Wholesale/Non-Delegated Correspondent Account Executive experience.
  • Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle detailed assignments.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Existing broker and correspondent relationships.
