Description

  • Partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams to identify the highest-leverage workflow problems to solve.
  • Build, configure, and maintain internal AI applications and automations for teams across the company.
  • Evaluate when to buy/configure off-the-shelf tools versus build custom solutions.
  • Work directly with users in Legal, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and other functions to understand real workflows.
  • Scope, develop, secure, roll out, and operate tools end to end.
  • Partner with Security from design time on anything touching internal data.
  • Maintain shipped tools and define clear criteria for sunsetting them.
  • Document and teach teams how to use new tools effectively.
  • Prioritize use cases based on impact and say no to lower-value work.
  • Own cross-cutting investments that no single team will prioritize.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience shipping and operating production services.
  • Experience standing up VM sandboxes, MCP servers, and vendor LLM integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping LLM or agent tooling that real users actively use.
  • Buy-first instincts with the ability to justify when custom building is necessary.
  • Ability to extract workflows from non-technical stakeholders and ship tools they use regularly.
  • Strong judgment about adoption, prioritization, and when not to push tools on teams.
  • Security-by-design mindset, especially for internal data, identity, secrets, egress control, and sandboxing.
  • Operational ownership and willingness to maintain what you ship.
  • Ability to work independently and report directly to the CEO.
  • Experience with OpenHands, LangChain, coding agent frameworks, CLI automation, Linux/DevOps, Rust, Python, TypeScript, or crypto/Solana is preferred.
  • Blockchain experience is not required.
