Description

  • Propose and define a new role or initiative that creates measurable value for the Jito ecosystem.
  • Present a clear plan to address identified gaps, including strategy, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Develop and execute strategies and pursue deals that further the Foundation’s vision and grow adoption of Jito Network products (e.g., JitoSOL).
  • Lead cross-disciplinary initiatives, combine domains, and spearhead innovation in emerging areas of Solana infrastructure.
  • Advocate for and steward the Jito Network, representing the Foundation in partnerships and community engagements.
  • Communicate a clear vision and collaborate with stakeholders to align product, engineering, and business efforts.
  • Iterate on initiatives using feedback and adapt to emerging challenges in the Solana ecosystem.
  • Attend regular Eastern Time (EST) meetings and coordinate with remote team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Willingness to attend regular Eastern Time (EST) meetings.
  • Proven ambition, initiative, and creativity with the ability to propose and execute a transformative role.
  • Deep familiarity with Solana or demonstrated ability to develop chain-native solutions.
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills with the ability to define and convey a clear vision.
  • Track record of high-impact contributions, leadership, or independent project ownership (no specific years required).
  • Comfortable working in a lean, flat organization with high autonomy and ownership.
  • Ability to work remotely and operate as a self-starter.
  • Preferred: experience with DeFi protocols or infrastructure, especially on Solana.
