Description

  • Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract candidates.
  • Create and oversee sourcing strategies for different roles and locations.
  • Build talent pools and candidate pipelines across multiple sourcing channels.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely and transparent communication.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date data in the internal recruitment system.
  • Share market insights and sourcing knowledge with colleagues.
  • Support recruitment efforts in a highly specialized and competitive talent market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sourcing or talent research.
  • Experience creating sourcing strategies for different roles and multiple locations.
  • Strong candidate experience mindset and ability to communicate clearly and transparently throughout the hiring process.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Solid understanding of the IT market or another highly skilled industry.
  • Creative and resourceful approach to sourcing through professional networks and databases.
  • Fluency in English, both with candidates and internal teams.
  • Experience working in global or international environments, ideally with a focus on European markets.
  • Experience with diversity sourcing programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, innovative team environment.
