Description

  • Develop and optimize features that enable seamless integration with JetBrains IDEs.
  • Collaborate with team members to define architecture and technical decisions for future enhancements.
  • Improve the UI/UX experience using Jetpack Compose to meet high usability standards.
  • Take ownership of key components from conception through deployment.
  • Work on a Kotlin application that uses coroutines, kRPC, kotlinx.serialization, and Compose Multiplatform.
  • Help refine how developers discover, install, update, and organize their JetBrains tools.

Requirements

  • Solid programming experience with Kotlin and coroutines.
  • Familiarity with Compose UI.
  • Ability to understand other people’s code, including test code and product code.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and work both in a team and independently.
  • Willingness to propose new ideas and improvements to current approaches.
  • Experience with Kotlin-based application development (implied by the role context).
