Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and manage their maintenance needs for routine, minor unscheduled, and AOG events.
  • Set up preliminary scheduled inspections and coordinate major unscheduled maintenance events.
  • Support customers during AOG events and handle maintenance events from start to finish when needed.
  • Act as the primary liaison between maintenance facilities, parts sourcing vendors, and customers.
  • Use the Product Line Specialist to assist with customer events that require additional support.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through periodic contact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional service facilities, mobile repair teams, and other maintenance partners.
  • Research logbooks and conduct visual inspections for new enrollments or existing contracts.
  • Review and process invoices in AMS while meeting technical services turn-time goals.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Technical Services Management.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted work and residency authorization in the United States is required.
  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) ratings or equivalent are required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an aviation field is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience with corporate turbine-powered business aircraft is preferred.
  • Strong fluency in reading, writing, and effective communication.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and analytically.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Highly organized with a clear understanding of relevant technical skills.
  • Ability to obtain a passport and perform international travel.

Benefits

  • Annual base pay of $90,000 to $105,000.
  • Annual discretionary bonus plan or other additional compensation may be available.
