Description

  • Manage complex backend implementation timelines and ensure technical milestones are delivered on schedule.
  • Configure and test SSO, API integrations, HRIS data syncs, and collaboration tool integrations before go-live.
  • Partner with Implementation Managers to translate client requirements into backend platform configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the go-live phase.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Customer Success team on complex platform needs.
  • Set up client wellness challenges on the backend, including tracking and rewards configuration.
  • Manage technical updates and configuration changes for existing enterprise accounts.
  • Own client reporting and analytics delivery, including engagement and ROI reporting.
  • Develop custom reporting templates when standard exports do not meet client needs.
  • Maintain data integrity across reporting systems and technical configurations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Implementation, or Technical Support within SaaS.
  • Strong proficiency in SSO, APIs, data management, and Excel/reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical workstreams and timelines for multiple enterprise launches simultaneously.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on fixing issues and preventing future ones.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple high-stakes projects.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm, professional demeanor to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with SaaS integrations and a strong understanding of technical product ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret engagement trends and recommend optimizations for client programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
