Description

  • Define and own the PLG measurement framework across acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, retention, and expansion.
  • Establish the source of truth for PLG performance, including KPI definitions, scorecards, executive reporting, and benchmarks.
  • Define leading indicators that predict customer activation, adoption, conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Build scalable frameworks that connect customer behavior to business outcomes and investment decisions.
  • Own end-to-end customer journey analytics from acquisition and onboarding through monetization and long-term retention.
  • Identify behavioral patterns, friction points, and conversion barriers affecting growth outcomes.
  • Develop customer segmentation frameworks across personas, customer segments, and product experiences.
  • Lead deep-dive investigations into PLG performance changes, including root-cause analysis and business impact quantification.
  • Influence product investment, roadmap, and experimentation decisions through analytical insights and opportunity sizing.
  • Redesign analytics workflows using AI-first and automated operating principles.
  • Build automated monitoring and investigation systems that reduce manual effort and improve time-to-insight.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to align on growth priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Customer Analytics, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills with strong analytical foundations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead large-scale analytical initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Experience conducting deep-dive analyses of customer behavior, product performance, and business outcomes.
  • Strong statistical and experimentation knowledge.
  • Experience translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions through data.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience building scalable reporting, monitoring, and operational processes.
  • Experience supporting Product-Led Growth or self-service SaaS organizations (preferred).
  • Experience with SaaS business models and customer lifecycle analytics (preferred).
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve analytical workflows and operational efficiency (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $136,500 to $214,500 USD.
  • Additional compensation may include bonus, commission, and equity.
