Description

  • Support network hardware planning activities focused on demand forecasting, supply planning, and capacity management.
  • Generate, analyze, and communicate weekly demand, supply, and supportability insights for critical hardware components and devices.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis of source systems and connected datasets to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Track historical changes in demand, supply, and supportability to maintain auditability and traceability.
  • Develop and standardize reporting processes, methodologies, and metrics across planning functions.
  • Document data sources, business assumptions, calculations, and planning processes to support operational consistency.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reporting for executive and operational decision-making.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning and reporting workflows.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Partner with engineering and technical teams to improve internal planning tools, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, sourcing, procurement, and operations teams.
  • Support scenario planning and what-if modeling capabilities to evaluate supply chain risks and planning outcomes.
  • Develop functional requirements, business processes, and project documentation for planning initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Manage project timelines, track deliverables, communicate status updates, and coordinate stakeholders.
  • Provide analytical recommendations and technical insights to business leaders and project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, forecasting, or related operational planning functions.
  • 3+ years of experience using SQL for data analysis, reporting, and data validation.
  • 3+ years of experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience performing data analysis and translating complex datasets into actionable business insights.
  • 3–4 years of experience supporting program execution, project management, or technical operational initiatives.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or similar enterprise planning platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within large datasets.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple business functions and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Experience supporting hardware, networking, infrastructure, or technology supply chain operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes is preferred.
  • Experience with demand forecasting methodologies and supply supportability analysis is preferred.
  • Familiarity with scenario planning, modeling, and capacity planning frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging Kusto, advanced SQL, or other large-scale data analysis technologies is preferred.
  • Experience building executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions is preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, sourcing, procurement, and component planning processes is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives is preferred.
  • Comfort working with ambiguous requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions is preferred.
  • Experience partnering with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver scalable tools and reporting capabilities is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel, data visualization, and business analytics skills are preferred.
