Description

  • Lead day-to-day execution with the engineering team, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, story writing, and unblocking work.
  • Translate the client’s vision into actionable, well-defined tickets.
  • Drive a consistent delivery cadence across the team.
  • Maintain strong team accountability for delivery commitments.
  • Own and manage the backlog for engineering teams building AI or ML features.
  • Support data platform initiatives such as data pipelines, ETL, and data warehousing.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to keep work moving and remove blockers.
  • Track execution outcomes such as sprint velocity and release frequency.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a Product Owner embedded with engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience owning a backlog for teams building AI or ML features.
  • Hands-on experience with data platform initiatives, including data pipelines, ETL, data warehousing, and data engineering teams.
  • Proven execution track record with sprint velocity, release frequency, and unblocking teams.
  • Comfortable operating under someone else’s vision without friction.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Airflow, or similar is preferred.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred; supply chain experience is optimal.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
