Description

  • Build and maintain high-quality Android applications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
  • Develop reliable, scalable, and efficient applications that meet business needs.
  • Work with QA, designers, and backend developers to support feature delivery.
  • Contribute to Android architecture and apply design patterns and best practices.
  • Implement and maintain unit and integration tests for mobile code.
  • Support Play Store deployment, release processes, and production monitoring.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in version control workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building and shipping commercial Android applications.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
  • Deep knowledge of the Android SDK, Gradle build system, and Jetpack libraries.
  • Strong understanding of Android design patterns, best practices, and scalable architecture.
  • Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of Play Store deployment, release processes, and production monitoring.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including QA, designers, and backend developers.
  • Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Background in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with security practices in mobile development is preferred.
  • Knowledge of mobile analytics, crash reporting, or performance monitoring tools is preferred.
  • BS in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
