Description

  • Serve as a product expert and provide educators with implementation strategies tailored to their classroom needs.
  • Partner with school and district leaders to plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development sessions.
  • Travel to schools and districts to facilitate in-person professional development, especially during back-to-school season.
  • Set up, host, and present at regional IXL Live events in coordination with the events team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support schools piloting IXL.
  • Work with customer success and sales team members to manage and grow customer relationships.
  • Deliver national webinars and support educator learning across grade levels, subjects, and districts.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5+ years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting.
  • Department-level or school-level leadership background preferred.
  • Educational professional development experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat, and collaborative attitude.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using Google Apps and Zoom.
  • Must live close to a major airport.
  • Must be located in the Midwest region of the United States, preferably in the Chicago, IL metro area.

  • Base salary range of $72,000 to $82,000 plus benefits.
