Description

  • Partner with global Contract Management leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute enablement initiatives that improve business performance.
  • Translate organizational priorities into globally aligned learning roadmaps that address immediate skill gaps and long-term capability development.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on enablement strategy, learning design, change management, and performance improvement.
  • Design and manage end-to-end learning journeys for Contract Managers and their managers.
  • Create regionally relevant, segment-appropriate learning content that balances local needs with global consistency.
  • Deliver learning through live training, asynchronous modules, job aids, coaching frameworks, and peer learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Enablement Partners, Instructional Designers, and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning experiences.
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to align enablement with system changes, process updates, and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish metrics and analytics frameworks to measure enablement impact on performance, productivity, and business outcomes.
  • Present enablement strategy, progress, and impact analysis in quarterly business reviews and leadership forums.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, customer success enablement, or GTM enablement, with a track record of building or scaling enablement in a complex global organization.
  • Experience supporting customer success, post-sale, or renewal-focused teams is a plus but not required.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer industries, and commercial dynamics that affect renewal negotiations.
  • Comfort with HubSpot's product ecosystem and value proposition.
  • Ability to learn a new domain quickly and design enablement that resonates with practitioners.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in fast-changing environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to set clear expectations and maintain relationships across project lifecycles.
  • Strategic thinking to translate organizational needs into actionable enablement strategies.
  • Influential communication skills, including storytelling, public speaking, and strategic influence.
  • Data-driven decision making and process improvement mindset.
  • Self-direction with the ability to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Global perspective with the ability to navigate time zones, cultural nuances, and regional differences.

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range of $117,100 to $187,400 USD.
  • Cash compensation may include base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan.
  • Some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan and receive restricted stock units (RSUs).
  • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
