Description

Gather customer feedback through customer calls, lightweight interviews, and product observation.
Organize feedback from sales, deployment, and support into actionable themes for the product team.
Close the loop with customer-facing teams so they know their input was heard.
Create sales collateral such as one-pagers, demo scripts, feature explainers, and competitive snippets.
Demo features to customers and internal teams and keep demo environments and materials current.
Help with release notes, documentation checks, and pre-release testing.
Work directly with the Head of Product on customer research, product marketing, sales enablement, and product management tasks.

Requirements

0–3 years of work experience; new graduates are welcome.
Evidence of hustle through projects, leadership, or going beyond your job description.
Strong writing ability to turn messy input into clear output.
Genuine curiosity about how products, customers, and deals work.
Follow-through and ownership once you take something on.
Comfort with technology and technical products; coding is not required.
Direct communication style and willingness to give your best guess.
A portfolio of work such as writing, videos, or side projects (preferred).
Experience in a customer-facing role such as support, tutoring, or retail (preferred).
Exposure to engineering, aerospace, defense, or another technical domain (preferred).
Must be a US citizen living within the United States.
