Description

  • Gather customer feedback through customer calls, lightweight interviews, and product observation.
  • Organize feedback from sales, deployment, and support into actionable themes for the product team.
  • Close the loop with customer-facing teams so they know their input was heard.
  • Create sales collateral such as one-pagers, demo scripts, feature explainers, and competitive snippets.
  • Demo features to customers and internal teams and keep demo environments and materials current.
  • Help with release notes, documentation checks, and pre-release testing.
  • Work directly with the Head of Product on customer research, product marketing, sales enablement, and product management tasks.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of work experience; new graduates are welcome.
  • Evidence of hustle through projects, leadership, or going beyond your job description.
  • Strong writing ability to turn messy input into clear output.
  • Genuine curiosity about how products, customers, and deals work.
  • Follow-through and ownership once you take something on.
  • Comfort with technology and technical products; coding is not required.
  • Direct communication style and willingness to give your best guess.
  • A portfolio of work such as writing, videos, or side projects (preferred).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as support, tutoring, or retail (preferred).
  • Exposure to engineering, aerospace, defense, or another technical domain (preferred).
  • Must be a US citizen living within the United States.
