Description

Support U.S.-based client teams in recruitment and related talent acquisition work as suitable roles become available.
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including end-to-end hiring processes where applicable.
Source and screen candidates for open roles.
Handle client-facing recruitment and business development responsibilities when required.
Coordinate recruitment administration and onboarding tasks.
Contribute niche industry talent acquisition support for specialized roles.
Work remotely while aligning with U.S. business hours.
Maintain professional communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience in agency or internal settings.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable working U.S. business hours aligned to EST or CST.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools is advantageous.
International or BPO experience is a plus, but not required.
Suitable for recruiters across disciplines, including 360 recruiters, internal recruiters, sourcers, headhunters, coordinators, onboarding specialists, and talent acquisition professionals.
Fully remote role with a dedicated professional workspace.
Fibre internet with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps; Wi‑Fi only is not sufficient.
Reliable backup power for loadshedding, such as a UPS, inverter, or generator.
