Description

  • Support U.S.-based client teams in recruitment and related talent acquisition work as suitable roles become available.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including end-to-end hiring processes where applicable.
  • Source and screen candidates for open roles.
  • Handle client-facing recruitment and business development responsibilities when required.
  • Coordinate recruitment administration and onboarding tasks.
  • Contribute niche industry talent acquisition support for specialized roles.
  • Work remotely while aligning with U.S. business hours.
  • Maintain professional communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience in agency or internal settings.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours aligned to EST or CST.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools is advantageous.
  • International or BPO experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Suitable for recruiters across disciplines, including 360 recruiters, internal recruiters, sourcers, headhunters, coordinators, onboarding specialists, and talent acquisition professionals.
  • Fully remote role with a dedicated professional workspace.
  • Fibre internet with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps; Wi‑Fi only is not sufficient.
  • Reliable backup power for loadshedding, such as a UPS, inverter, or generator.
