Description

  • Review open cases daily and identify suitable therapist matches by state, county, and zip code.
  • Determine whether existing staff can fill open cases or whether new recruitment is needed.
  • Send official staffing confirmation and welcome emails once a case is filled.
  • Hand off fully staffed cases to the Case Management team for ongoing client support.
  • Maintain active job postings across recruitment platforms using the Apploy platform.
  • Screen, interview, and assess ABA therapist and BCBA candidates.
  • Manage candidate onboarding through the Empion platform and follow up on document completion.
  • Tailor recruitment strategy by geography to address high-turnover and stable regions appropriately.
  • Maintain clear and empathetic communication with families when staffing is difficult.
  • Collaborate closely with Intake, Case Management, and Clinical teams while prioritising multiple open cases.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruitment, staffing coordination, HR, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of open cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail for record-keeping, CRM management, and candidate tracking.
  • Confident, clear English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort with making and receiving a high volume of calls and emails daily.
  • Proactive, self-directed working style with the ability to manage priorities independently.
  • Resilient and solutions-oriented approach to difficult-to-fill geographies and challenging candidate pipelines.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new platforms and internal systems.
  • Experience in ABA, autism services, healthcare, or a related therapy field is highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based company remotely is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ABA roles, including the difference between RBTs/therapists and BCBAs/supervisors, is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with recruitment or applicant tracking platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Workable, or similar is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with onboarding management platforms or HR systems is highly advantageous.
  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
  • Must be willing to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays.
  • Must have a fixed fibre internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds and wired Ethernet capability.
  • Must have a reliable power backup solution for load shedding and outages.
