Description

Source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct back-to-back interviews to match talent to client requirements.
Review approximately 300+ CVs per week and identify the best-fit applicants.
Maintain strong candidate relationships by providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Keep candidate records accurate and organized in internal systems.
Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
Work closely with 360-degree recruiters or account managers to stay aligned with client needs.
Stay informed on market and industry trends to identify and engage in-demand talent.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
High energy and a positive, professional attitude.
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings).
Willingness to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays.
A fixed fibre internet line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download, plus wired Ethernet capability.
Reliable power backup to handle load shedding or outages.
Ability to work fully remotely.
