Description

  • Produce marketing assets such as social graphics, campaign visuals, email creative, decks, banners, posters, infographics, one-pagers, digital ads, and short-form videos.
  • Write and edit copy across blogs, case studies, social posts, emails, LinkedIn newsletters, web pages, campaign collateral, and sales enablement content.
  • Own the content calendar and ensure marketing activity is planned, produced, and published on time.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, from brief to delivery.
  • Write ad copy, build creative assets for paid channels, and manage basic campaign setup and performance monitoring.
  • Set up campaign tracking, analyse performance, and produce post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
  • Own 50% of organic social content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, including scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
  • Support website management by updating CMS content, building landing pages, and liaising with the web agency on development work.
  • Provide creative and content support for events, new proposition testing, audience testing, and broader marketing projects.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role with hands-on ownership of content, creative, and campaign delivery.
  • A portfolio demonstrating both writing ability and design output, with examples of copy and creative assets.
  • Proven evidence of campaigns or content programmes delivered end-to-end and the results achieved.
  • Experience with paid social, website management, and events alongside core content and creative work.
  • Strong copywriting skills across multiple formats with a confident, adaptable brand voice.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Figma, used regularly in day-to-day work.
  • Comfort setting up, running, and reporting on Meta paid ad campaigns at a basic to intermediate level.
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, including objectives, audience, messaging, channel selection, and measurement.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads Manager, Semrush, and basic marketing reporting.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform, plus a CMS such as WordPress.
  • A degree in Marketing or CIM Level 6 (Diploma in Professional Marketing) preferred; related degrees such as Communications or Journalism considered with a strong portfolio.
  • A producer-first, commercially minded mindset with high standards for quality and the ability to thrive at pace.
