Description

  • Lead and manage complex programs and projects for customer deployment and adoption of Irth’s platform.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Track and communicate deliverables, risks, timelines, ROI, issues, and project progress to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to support smooth project completion and resolution of issues.
  • Predict resource needs, manage resources efficiently, and bring in additional support when required.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Maintain internal processes and client-facing documents so they remain current and aligned with corporate goals.
  • Handle escalations and difficult or sensitive situations professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain overall customer relationship and satisfaction throughout all phases of the project.
  • Work within established SOPs and provide consistent project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of project management experience in customer-facing implementation roles within a technology organization.
  • Experience working both remotely and onsite with external customers.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management teams.
  • Strong customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Solid organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment and manage multiple projects with multiple resources.
  • Experience handling escalations at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, including revenue, cost, and margin.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and following a repeatable project methodology.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to work during US Eastern time every day.
