Description

  • Lead software implementation projects from initiation through completion within defined KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Gather and analyze client data, processes, priorities, and requirements; design future-state workflows within Irth products.
  • Translate business requirements into specifications, statements of work, process flows, wireframes, and configuration documentation.
  • Configure and customize software solutions, including Insights AI capabilities, based on approved client requirements.
  • Manage client relationships, expectations, scope, risks, deliverables, project meetings, status reporting, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with product, technical, and development teams to prioritize enhancements, define sprint work, and communicate timelines and ETAs.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing, obtain client sign-off, and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Deliver software demonstrations, Train-the-Trainer instruction, implementation training, and ongoing client support.
  • Monitor project dependencies and risks, adapt plans as needed, and contribute to project reviews and continuous improvement.
  • Apply underwriting and product expertise to review content accuracy, business intent, and solution effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong project management, software implementation, configuration, testing, and training experience.
  • Business-process analysis and requirements-gathering skills, including experience creating process flows and implementation artifacts.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into practical software solutions and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with development and technical teams in Agile or sprint-based environments.
  • Strong client-facing, relationship-management, stakeholder-management, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently with strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development practices and procedures.
  • Strong underwriting and product knowledge; experience with AI-enabled or predictive analytics solutions such as Insights AI is preferred.
  • Self-starter with commercial acumen, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to motivate others and build effective working relationships.
