Description

  • Own the cross‑portfolio Insights roadmap; set vision, goals, and success metrics in partnership with vertical PMs.
  • Evaluate and prioritize AI/ML capabilities and data science investments aligned to company strategy, ARR goals, and technical constraints.
  • Translate market and customer needs into clear epics, features, and user stories and manage dependencies across teams.
  • Define requirements for predictive models, image analysis, and probabilistic scoring and partner with data science on training, calibration, and accuracy improvements.
  • Guide model performance evaluation and risk calibration and manage the AI/ML lifecycle from training through monitoring.
  • Champion transparency and operational confidence in AI‑driven decisions with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with UX and engineering to design and ship intuitive, Insight‑powered workflows that fit into customer operations.
  • Support release readiness, documentation, and enablement for Insights features and serve as the escalation point and domain subject matter expert through build, launch, and adoption.
  • Engage customers and industry experts for discovery, feedback, and validation and conduct competitive research to improve experience and win share.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and enablement on go‑to‑market planning and execution for Insight‑powered capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management or technical product leadership in AI/ML, LLMs, data platforms, analytics, or workflow‑heavy enterprise software.
  • Strong technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, data modeling, APIs, system architecture, and platform dependencies, with a proven track record partnering with data science across the ML lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex, data‑driven customer problems into shipped features with measurable impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify technical AI/ML topics for business users.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent experience (advanced degree a plus).
  • Relevant Agile/Scrum or product management certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft stack tools (e.g., Teams, Azure DevOps/Jira) and agile software development practices.
  • Preferred: domain experience in Damage Prevention/One Call, utilities, energy, asset integrity, and/or land management.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of industry standards such as ASME B31, PHMSA 49 CFR 192/195, CSA, and CGA/CCGA and how they influence compliance workflows and risk models.
