Description

  • Assist with administration and maintenance of the Professional Services Automation tool, currently Monday.com.
  • Create and maintain PS opportunity and project records.
  • Understand PSA data structures and use them to build reports and dashboards.
  • Design, deliver, and maintain operational processes and specifications for PS leadership.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on operational processes and tools as needed.
  • Predict resource needs to support objectives and manage resources efficiently.
  • Identify and bring in additional resources to respond quickly to client issues during implementation.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in professional services.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • MS Excel proficiency will be assessed through skills testing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance.
  • Ability to multitask, plan, organize, and structure work effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work as a team player.
  • Self-motivated with the flexibility to adapt to changing processes and environments.
  • Willingness to work US Eastern Time every day.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
