Description

  • Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates’ expertise in QA automation.
  • Evaluate candidates’ knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and QA best practices.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to design and refine interview questions and assessment techniques.
  • Provide detailed feedback and candidate evaluations to hiring managers.
  • Help support hiring decisions for QA automation positions.
  • Stay current on trends and technologies in QA automation to keep interview methods relevant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in QA automation with a deep understanding of automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, Cypress, or similar.
  • Experience with programming languages relevant to automation testing, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Prior experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or coaching is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to handle interviews with professionalism and impartiality.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
