Description

  • Build the phase 1 AI orchestrator, including intent and slot extraction, a policy engine, a planner, a composer LLM, output guardrails, and PII redaction.
  • Implement basic retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for motor policy Q&A.
  • Develop an authenticated claim-status lookup workflow.
  • Create and refine prompts for assistant behavior and response quality.
  • Integrate tools and APIs required for assistant orchestration and downstream actions.

Requirements

  • Experience shipping LLM-based assistants with RAG and tool-calling into production.
  • Strong prompt engineering experience.
  • Strong grounding and guardrails experience for LLM applications.
  • Experience with LLM / GenAI application development.
  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Experience with API and tool integration.
  • Python experience is assumed; confirmation may be needed.
  • Experience with OCI Generative AI is a nice to have.
  • Arabic NLP experience is a nice to have.
  • Experience in insurance or another regulated domain is a nice to have.
  • Experience with guardrails and PII handling is a nice to have.
