Description

  • Lead discovery workshops and technical assessments with customers.
  • Analyze existing Microsoft Dynamics environments, including customizations, integrations, and business processes.
  • Identify migration opportunities, risks, and dependencies.
  • Define and present high-level solution designs and migration approaches.
  • Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales activities and provide technical guidance.
  • Document findings, recommendations, and proposed architectures.
  • Support planning for environment setup, code upgrades, data migration, cloud migration, warehouse implementation, testing, UAT, training, and mock go-live/cutover.
  • Work closely with delivery and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to execution.
  • Participate in customer presentations and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Systems Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, Business Central, or related products, including configuration, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and upgrade or migration support.
  • Experience participating in ERP modernization, upgrade, or migration projects.
  • Ability to conduct discovery sessions and analyze existing business and technical environments.
  • Understanding of application architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience creating solution designs, technical documentation, and migration recommendations.
  • Familiarity with code upgrade strategies, data migration, and cloud migration approaches.
  • Knowledge of testing processes, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud migrations (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and reporting solutions (nice to have).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (nice to have).
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture concepts (nice to have).
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus (nice to have).
