Description

  • Develop and evolve Inter’s generative AI agent platform with a focus on scalability and resilience.
  • Build and orchestrate intelligent agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI and Anthropic models.
  • Implement RAG pipelines with pgvector to enrich agent responses with relevant context.
  • Develop and maintain APIs with FastAPI and REST integrations connecting agents to banking systems.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Seven, Inter’s virtual assistant used by millions of customers in the app.
  • Monitor system health and performance using Grafana and New Relic and proactively identify issues.
  • Work to reduce inference costs by evaluating models, caching strategies, and prompt optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-first solutions.
  • Participate in Scrumban agile ceremonies, including estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Solid experience developing software in Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Experience with REST API architecture and development.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, including MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, especially in generative AI.
  • Experience building or orchestrating AI agents using LangChain or LangGraph (preferred).
  • Knowledge of RAG and vector databases such as pgvector (preferred).
  • Familiarity with OpenAI and Anthropic LLMs and LLMOps best practices (preferred).
  • Experience with FastAPI for high-performance API development (preferred).
  • Knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana and New Relic (preferred).
  • Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS Bedrock (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code (preferred).
  • Intermediate English for reading technical documentation and following developments in the AI ecosystem (preferred).
  • Experience with mobile development (preferred).
  • Experience working in technology companies, fintechs, or digital banks (preferred).
  • Knowledge of LiteLLM for managing and routing multiple LLMs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the MCP (Model Context Protocol) (preferred).
  • Experience with Guardrails for validating and securing LLM outputs (preferred).
  • AWS certifications, especially related to machine learning or Bedrock (preferred).
