Description

  • Identify and execute profit-maximisation activities to meet financial targets through marketing, sales, and merchandising strategies.
  • Manage and track product performance and profitability across marketplaces through organic and paid activities.
  • Optimise product listings to improve page rank, SEO, and sales by conducting keyword and competitor analysis and refining titles, descriptions, categorisation, A++ content, and visual assets.
  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, against set KPIs.
  • Execute marketing deals, promotions, coupons, and promo codes, and report on key metrics.
  • Analyse market, customer, and competitor data to identify opportunities to improve product performance and market share.
  • Track fulfilment metrics, forecast inventory needs, and coordinate with Operations to maintain premium shipping eligibility and healthy stock levels.
  • Report on daily and weekly marketplace and operating metrics, including sales, profitability, account health, policy compliance, shipping performance, and brand performance.
  • Work with Customer Service and Amazon Seller Support to resolve customer issues, create cases, and close marketplace problems in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, operations, and customer service teams to align Amazon strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing sales and profitability on Amazon, managing a $10m+ Amazon business scale.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Amazon Seller Central e-commerce environment.
  • Experience managing high volumes of SKUs.
  • Background in consumer goods and office products industries is preferred.
  • Proven data management and analytical skills, with the ability to dig into data and solve performance issues.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • E-commerce and digital marketing experience.
  • Experience setting up, managing, and optimising paid campaigns such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Ability to work independently in a fluid environment while prioritising and managing multiple projects.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organised, and efficient, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Some experience with Helium10 or Jungle Scout is preferred.
  • SEO knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in the wellness and mindfulness space is a plus.
  • Social media and marketing skills are desired.
