Description

  • Own end-to-end Jira configuration, including standardized workflows aligned with the engineering operating model.
  • Build, maintain, and own engineering KPI dashboards covering DORA metrics, flow metrics, capacity, and portfolio visibility.
  • Develop and maintain a Delivery Health dashboard with real-time status and forecasting for engineering programs.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to define and standardize a single source of truth for engineering metrics.
  • Track and measure adoption, usage, and ROI of AI tools within the SDLC.
  • Establish data governance protocols to ensure reporting integrity and data hygiene across engineering systems.
  • Automate data extraction and reporting workflows to reduce manual reporting effort.
  • Integrate tooling across the engineering ecosystem, including Jira, DX platforms, and future agentic solutions.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage new engineering tools and report on optimization and ROI.
  • Build data transformations, connect APIs, and execute hands-on system integrations when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a high-performing senior individual contributor in Engineering Operations, Data Analysis, Technical Program Management, or a similar area.
  • Ready to step into a management or leadership role.
  • Deep hands-on administrative experience with Jira, including workflow design, automation rules, and cross-system integrations.
  • Strong proficiency with BI tools or platform-native reporting such as DX platforms, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and how data flows through a modern developer ecosystem.
  • Practical understanding of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude, with a focus on measuring productivity impact.
  • Technical ability to build data transformation pipelines, automate reporting workflows, and write scripts for API integrations.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex engineering data into clear narratives for senior leadership, executives, and the board.
  • Deep grasp of Agile methodologies and the metrics used to assess program health and capacity in a scaling engineering organization.
  • Experience establishing data standards from scratch and identifying and correcting flawed data points.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).
