Description

  • Lead the strategy, definition, and end-to-end execution of highly complex, ambiguous, executive-visible programs.
  • Translate unclear problems into structured cross-functional programs and scalable execution plans.
  • Drive technical alignment across Engineering and Product by influencing architectural decisions and implementation plans.
  • Build and maintain cross-program roadmaps, dependencies, risk tracking, and tradeoff management across multiple teams.
  • Partner with VPs and executive leaders to align program goals with business strategy and decision-making.
  • Improve team performance by identifying systemic gaps and proposing practical solutions that raise efficiency, quality, and maintainability.
  • Create and evolve reusable program frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria across the organization.
  • Mentor and onboard TPMs, fostering clear communication, constructive conflict resolution, and strong collaboration.
  • Lead integration of enterprise fulfillment, picking, delivery orchestration, and marketplace capabilities into a unified global platform.
  • Coordinate between North America and Bogotá-based teams to maintain alignment across time zones, languages, and cultures.
  • Ensure continuity for nearly 100 international retail partners during platform integration with no disruption to live operations.
  • Partner with engineering leadership on collaboration models, tech lead identification, mentor pairing, and ramp-up projects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of post-graduation experience in technology as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Product Manager, or similar technical role.
  • Fluency in Spanish, including spoken and written communication.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end, company-wide programs with high complexity and ambiguity across multiple engineering organizations.
  • Experience creating program structures, operating cadences, and cross-program roadmaps.
  • Deep technical domain knowledge with the ability to influence architectural decisions and guide implementation at org leadership level.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including presenting to VP and C-suite audiences.
  • Data-driven and strategic decision-maker with the ability to define paths forward for ambiguous problems.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement in processes, metrics, and program design.
  • Daily collaboration experience across Spanish-speaking engineering, product, and commercial teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology or engineering discipline.
  • Master’s degree in a technology or engineering discipline (preferred).
  • Experience leading programs with active VP/C-suite engagement that influence company strategy and business results (preferred).
  • Experience defining reusable program frameworks, tools, and processes adopted across large organizations (preferred).
  • Experience with AI/ML programs or applying AI to program management and engineering workflows (preferred).
  • Background in marketplace, e-commerce, or logistics technology, including fulfillment, picking, delivery orchestration, or last-mile logistics (preferred).
  • Experience leading large-scale platform integration programs and coordinating distributed, multi-country engineering teams (preferred).

  • Highly market-competitive compensation.
  • Base salary range of $242,000-$255,500 USD for CA, NY, CT, and NJ.
  • Base salary range of $232,000-$245,000 USD for WA.
  • Base salary range of $222,000-$234,500 USD for select states including OR, MA, TX, IL, and others.
  • Base salary range of $202,000-$213,000 USD for all other states.
  • Eligible for a new hire equity grant.
  • Eligible for annual refresh equity grants.
