Description

  • Participate in projects involving the implementation or support of accounting and ERP systems.
  • Analyze current accounting and business processes to adjust existing methodologies or develop new ones.
  • Analyze new products and processes and define the logic and methodology for reflecting them in accounting systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and IT specialists to support effective system integration and process optimization.
  • Document end-to-end business processes and translate requirements between different systems.
  • Support financial reporting methodology and accounting system logic for new or changing business scenarios.

Requirements

  • Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in methodology, consulting, or audit.
  • Experience at the intersection of methodology, analytics, and IT systems is preferred.
  • Practical experience preparing IFRS financial statements, including transformation, consolidation, reporting, and disclosures, is desirable.
  • Ability to understand and describe business processes for accounting and automation purposes.
  • Experience analyzing and documenting end-to-end business processes, including translating requirements from one system to another.
  • Strong communication skills for working with IT teams, business units, and contractors.
  • Attention to detail, systems thinking, and willingness to work with system settings and logic.
  • Experience with accounting systems such as 1C, 1C ERP, Oracle, or similar.
