Description

  • Support the design and execution of pilot programs to improve quality, increase order volume, reduce costs, and enhance in-store workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product, Retail, and Data Science teams to test, validate, and scale operational innovations across the store network.
  • Develop strategic frameworks to identify new growth opportunities and address operational process gaps.
  • Track initiative performance against KPIs, synthesize results, and support reporting to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement and data-driven experimentation within the team and broader organization.
  • Travel to stores to observe operations, support experimentation, and help roll out initiatives on the ground.
  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams and field partners to keep innovation initiatives moving smoothly.
  • Help create structure through workflows, trackers, and documentation that keep teams organized and accountable.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, business strategy, or a related field in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience designing experiments, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align partners across departments.
  • A strategic and innovative mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities and solving complex problems.
  • Experience building and maintaining operational workflows, trackers, and documentation (preferred).
  • Experience in retail operations or in-store programs (preferred).
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and managing competing priorities (preferred).
  • Experience with performance metrics and KPIs such as order volume and store associate satisfaction (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $100,000-$126,500 USD depending on work location.
