Description

Serve as the primary resource for internal AI initiatives and connect Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams around high-impact opportunities.
Build and drive the internal AI Product Delivery Operations roadmap.
Build and lead a small AI Product Delivery Ops team, including management of individual contributors.
Define, monitor, and report on AI adoption, performance, and ROI metrics for executive leadership.
Build dashboards and visibility tools to support data-driven decision-making on AI initiatives.
Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled workflow automations and internal tooling to improve throughput and reduce cycle times.
Improve product delivery operations across Engineering, Product, Design, and Program Management with AI-powered systems.
Ensure AI tools and workflows meet governance, security, and compliance standards.
Integrate guardrails into AI processes without reducing developer velocity.
Translate technical concepts into clear executive updates and business cases.

Requirements

10+ years of professional experience.
5+ years leading product operations teams.
Strong fluency with AI tools and models such as Claude, Cursor, and Gemini.
Ability to build and instrument processes involving AI agents and LLMs.
Experience building product operations infrastructure from scratch or significantly rebuilding it in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment.
Strong data and analytics capability.
Comfort working with modern data stacks such as Snowflake and dbt.
Experience with technical systems design.
Ability to move fast with strong judgment about when to follow or evolve agile processes for AI-native development.
Excellent interpersonal and strategic communication skills for senior executive audiences.

Benefits

Base salary range of $195,000 to $270,000 USD.
Competitive base pay tied to role, experience, and location.
Opportunity for equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
