Description

  • Manage and grow a book of emerging brand accounts through upsells, renewals, and new media adoption.
  • Sell across the full Instacart Ads ecosystem, including sponsored, display, video, and off-platform solutions.
  • Build data-driven business reviews and tell compelling stories that connect campaign performance to brand growth goals.
  • Educate brand partners on the e-commerce landscape and Instacart’s role as a core retail media channel.
  • Maintain a high-velocity sales cadence through calls, emails, and QBRs in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, and Marketing to deliver a strong partner experience.
  • Build and nurture trusted-advisor relationships with challenger brands and uncover untapped growth potential.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media sales, media buying, or CPG advertising.
  • Previous quota-carrying sales experience preferred.
  • Strong data-driven storytelling skills and the ability to synthesize campaign metrics into clear narratives.
  • Consultative sales experience with a track record of growing accounts through education and solution-selling.
  • Familiarity with the broader e-commerce landscape and retail media ecosystem; experience at a retailer, DSP, or CPG brand is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a high-activity sales environment and ability to stay organized, responsive, and prioritization-focused.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Google Suite, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms and AI tools is a bonus.
  • Genuine curiosity about the future of retail media and how brands can succeed in it.

  • Base salary range of $78,000-$82,500 in CA, NY, CT, and NJ; $75,000-$79,000 in WA; $72,000-$76,000 in several other listed states; and $66,000-$69,500 in all other states.
