Description

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for workforce management solutions, including timekeeping.
  • Define and execute a 12-18 month product roadmap through stakeholder engagement and prioritization.
  • Drive build-vs-buy decisions by balancing business needs, technical constraints, and user experience goals.
  • Serve as the primary product owner and conduct discovery sessions with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into a unified product vision and communicate roadmap trade-offs to leadership.
  • Use AI-powered analytics and design tools to identify patterns, prototype solutions, and test ideas.
  • Translate complex compliance requirements into user-friendly interfaces and product requirements.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Operations to ensure solutions meet user and compliance needs.
  • Monitor system performance, user adoption, and data quality metrics to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and change management plans to drive adoption.
  • Ensure audit readiness for government compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management, program management, or related experience.
  • Proven ability to intake diverse stakeholder requirements and prioritize roadmaps in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong design thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience implementing business systems at high-growth companies with 5,000 to 20,000+ employees.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across Finance, People, Legal, and Operations functions.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications.
  • Strong data analysis skills and comfort with analytics tools to inform decision-making.
  • Experience using AI-powered analytics and design tools to rapidly prototype and test solutions.
  • Experience with workforce planning and scheduling tools for manufacturing or operations, preferred.
  • Technical skills in SQL, API integrations, and data modeling, preferred.
  • Background in high-security or defense industry environments, preferred.
  • Exposure to ERP and HCM platforms such as Rippling, Oracle, Workday, or ADP, preferred.
