Description

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution for the In Store Tasks product.
  • Define and deliver the roadmap for shopper in-store tasks and fulfillment intelligence.
  • Develop shopper flows using computer vision technologies to support inventory intelligence.
  • Own data collection experiences for in-store task intake, execution, and optimization.
  • Build tools that improve scanning accuracy, speed, and shopper satisfaction.
  • Partner with engineers, designers, and data scientists to develop new capabilities and improve existing products.
  • Collaborate across Shopper and Logistics teams to align priorities and drive execution.
  • Work with retail partners to ensure tooling fits naturally into in-store environments.
  • Support enterprise sales and retailer success teams with partner onboarding and feature adoption.
  • Represent the in-store task roadmap to internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in operationally complex physical environments.
  • Experience building products end-to-end from early concept through scaled delivery.
  • Strong data literacy and analytical rigor, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make tradeoffs using data.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Deep understanding of shopper and retailer experiences, with accountability for customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort moving quickly in evolving environments while maintaining high standards.
  • Experience working with or building for physical retail, fulfillment, or logistics environments (preferred).
  • Experience with computer vision or other emerging technologies in product workflows (preferred).

Benefits

  • Remote role with Flex First work flexibility.
  • Highly market-competitive compensation.
  • Base salary range of $221,000-$233,000 USD in CA, NY, CT, and NJ.
  • Base salary range of $212,000-$223,500 USD in WA.
  • Base salary range of $203,000-$214,000 USD in select states and DC.
  • Base salary range of $184,000-$194,000 USD in all other states.
  • Eligible for a new hire equity grant.
  • Eligible for annual refresh equity grants.
