Description

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for catalog attributes, including outcomes, metrics, milestones, and prioritization.
  • Translate complex, ambiguous problems into structured plans and drive execution from discovery through launch, iteration, and scale.
  • Use customer insights and data to design experiments, define KPIs, analyze results, and balance precision, recall, speed, and accuracy.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Machine Learning, Sales, Ads, Search, Legal, Brand, and Support teams.
  • Establish governance processes, quality dashboards, postmortems, and platform investments to improve attribute quality at scale.
  • Lead collaboration across a team of seven engineers and broader Machine Learning, Operations, and Catalog product teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in catalog, data platforms, content systems, or ML/AI-adjacent products.
  • Experience owning complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
  • Ability to set strategy, prioritize effectively, and build governance and quality systems in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, including KPI definition, experiment interpretation, and precision/recall tradeoff analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across high-stakeholder-count environments.
  • Experience in marketplaces, logistics, e-commerce, or consumer technology preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, SQL, dashboards, and analytics preferred.
  • Experience with product attribute systems, catalog data, content management, data pipelines, ML extraction, or quality evaluation frameworks preferred.
  • Experience translating commercial, legal, or compliance requirements into engineering and data product requirements preferred.
  • People leadership or cross-functional coaching experience preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote Flex First work model with flexibility to work from home, an office, or another preferred location.
  • Base salary of $158,000–$199,500 USD depending on location.
  • New-hire equity grant and annual equity refresh grants.
  • Market-competitive compensation and benefits based on work location.
