Description

  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Guide customers through micro-testing and data mining workflows to generate actionable insights.
  • Deliver software demonstrations and customer trainings that help clients use the platform effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including power users and program managers.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for customers using Eversight’s capabilities.
  • Work directly with customers to implement promotional strategies and insight-driven recommendations.
  • Use project management to keep deliverables on track, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain high-quality execution.
  • Manage multiple data-driven processes and schedules independently.
  • Standardize customer support materials and processes to improve scalability.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science on bugs and enhancement requests.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience, ideally in an analyst or associate role.
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business or a quantitative field.
  • Direct experience with CPG is a plus.
  • Experience in customer-facing or cross-functional roles is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for working directly with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently with high attention to detail.
  • Structured problem-solving ability and strong analytical thinking.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity to learn and eagerness to create impact.
  • Interest in fast-moving consumer goods, retail, shopper behavior, and price/promotion strategies; familiarity with CPG or retail industries is an advantage.

  • Highly market-competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Base salary range of $86,000-$91,000 in CA, NY, CT, and NJ; $83,000-$87,500 in WA; $79,000-$83,500 in several other listed states; and $72,000-$76,000 in all other states.
  • Sales Incentive Plan included with the role.
