Description

  • Own full-cycle sales for emerging-market accounts from first touch through signed deal.
  • Generate a self-sourced pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting and follow-up.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota for pipeline generation and closed-won revenue.
  • Develop repeatable prospecting and closing playbooks, including refined ICPs and tested outreach sequences.
  • Run tailored demos and build ROI narratives for multiple buyer personas and stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to share customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions, pilots, and packaging.
  • Navigate buying committees and manage deal progression with confidence.
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SDR, BDR, or AE roles focused on outbound prospecting and new logo acquisition.
  • 1+ year owning a full sales cycle for SMB or emerging-market accounts, including discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Documented track record of meeting or exceeding quota in recent roles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and at least one sequencing tool such as Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar data enrichment tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to multiple personas.
  • Ability to work West Coast hours.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience selling logistics, delivery, e-commerce, procurement, workplace/office services, foodservice, or expense management solutions preferred.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, BANT, or SPICED preferred.
  • Experience building early-stage sales motions or playbooks in a high-growth or startup environment preferred.
  • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to influence pilots, beta programs, or roadmap priorities preferred.
  • Comfort running tailored demos and ROI/value narratives preferred.
