Description

  • Support cross-functional commercial programs from concept through launch and scale.
  • Develop project plans, documentation, and workstreams to support key business objectives.
  • Track risks, dependencies, issues, and change management across programs.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to streamline program management workflows, documentation, stakeholder communications, and process design.
  • Help identify, escalate, and resolve issues across systems with distributed ownership.
  • Drive accountability for deliverables across Brand Partnerships and other commercial teams.
  • Support the development of automation for knowledge management, issue tracking, escalation workflows, and process standardization.
  • Track program health and keep stakeholders informed with clear updates and visibility.
  • Assist with go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and partnerships.
  • Build and improve repeatable processes, templates, frameworks, trackers, and operating rhythms.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or related roles.
  • AI fluency using LLMs and/or automation platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and operational problems into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong decision-framing skills and the ability to surface tradeoffs and guide alignment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, manage conflict, and influence partners without direct authority.
  • Track record of improving processes, solving problems, and building scalable systems that reduce friction.
  • Strong program and project management toolkit with the ability to apply best practices based on program needs.
  • Critical thinking skills to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across programs.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect execution to revenue, customer outcomes, and business goals.
  • Experience leading through change and helping teams adopt new processes and tools.
  • Preferred: extensive AI experience with workflow automation, code, and skills.
  • Preferred: strong experience in Ads, commercial marketplaces, or tech platforms.
  • Preferred: experience managing GTM launches or revenue-driving programs.
  • Preferred: experience working with data, product, or operational systems.
  • Preferred: familiarity with building process designs, documentation, or workflows.
  • Hiring is currently limited to Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
