Description

  • Manage new hire orientation programs end to end, including logistics, vendor coordination, and session execution.
  • Lead performance review cycle operations, including timelines, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Communications, Legal, and People Leadership to coordinate program delivery.
  • Document, optimize, and where possible automate manual People Experience processes.
  • Manage onboarding vendors through procurement, contract renewals, statements of work, and ongoing partnership oversight.
  • Track and maintain budgets for onboarding-related needs such as swag and logistics.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person orientation components for new hires.
  • Contribute operational insights to content iteration and program design improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, learning and development, talent development, or a related people/HR function.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion, including ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Proven experience facilitating learning or orientation content for diverse audiences.
  • Track record of managing vendor relationships end to end, including procurement, contract renewals, and ongoing partnership management.
  • Must be located in the SF Bay Area and able to support in-person orientation components in the San Francisco office.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
  • Experience with instructional design tools and/or learning management systems (preferred).
  • Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience applying AI to automate or redesign people programs at scale (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $141,000 to $149,000 USD for San Francisco, CA candidates.
