Description

  • Build and operationalize core talent and workforce programs, including learning, development, training, and performance programs.
  • Own end-to-end program management for key People initiatives from design through implementation and adoption tracking.
  • Design scalable learning and development programs that clarify expectations and support employee growth.
  • Develop learning pathways for individual contributors, managers, and leaders.
  • Build and manage compliance training programs aligned to legal, regulatory, and business requirements across geographies.
  • Partner with People Business Partners, Total Rewards, Legal, Compliance, and senior leaders on program consistency and alignment.
  • Use data, feedback, and program insights to measure adoption, identify gaps, and improve programs.
  • Create communications, enablement materials, and change management plans for managers and employees.
  • Establish repeatable processes, templates, and operating rhythms to make programs scalable as the company grows.
  • Balance strategic design with hands-on execution, operational rigor, and a bias for action.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in talent management, learning and development, organizational development, people programs, compliance training, or workforce strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience building scalable programs from scratch.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into frameworks, processes, and tools.
  • Strong program management skills, including stakeholder, timeline, dependency, risk, communication, and adoption management.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Comfort operating without a perfect playbook and across competing priorities with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Business-first mindset focused on helping the company move faster and improve employee experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth or post-acquisition environment (preferred).
  • Exposure to Workday (preferred).
  • Background in organizational effectiveness or leadership development (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $111,692 to $145,649.
