Description

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to build trusted relationships with CPG clients and agency partners.
  • Create and execute full-funnel media mix strategies aligned to partner objectives.
  • Lead cadence calls with CPG advertisers and present campaign performance using data visualization.
  • Build persuasive narratives to drive optimization and upsell recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Handle objections and influence advertisers and multiple stakeholders to set direction.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by advocating for product enhancements with internal teams.
  • Serve as a product expert on Instacart ad products and explain how they work to advertisers.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, provide thought leadership, and share feedback.
  • Help define standards and best practices and share learnings at the category team level.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and present campaign insights with an analytical mindset.
  • Contribute to gap-to-goal planning and manage quota across multiple business units.
  • Troubleshoot issues with limited guidance and support team-wide programs and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; BA/BS in business, advertising, commerce, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4-6+ years of similar work experience.
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Drive (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Salesforce, and Tableau; Mode is a plus.
  • Knowledge of paid search, display, account management, ad serving, CPG, or e-commerce.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in an external-facing role with advertisers and key stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Comfort analyzing data and telling a story in a client-facing setting.

  • Base salary range of $88,000-$111,000 USD depending on location.
  • OTE range of $117,500-$148,000 USD.
  • Sales Incentive Plan with variable cash compensation tied to performance.
  • New hire equity grant plus annual refresh grants.
