Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of the martech domain to qualify prospect goals and requirements and articulate Insider One’s value proposition.
  • Engage with prospects as a solution consultant and trusted advisor during the pre-sales process.
  • Contribute to sales strategy by connecting prospect needs with Insider One platform capabilities and products.
  • Craft personalized demos and presentations for business and technical audiences.
  • Lead internal coordination for technical responses to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Maintain awareness of the product roadmap and new features and share market insights with Product Management.
  • Own the handoff of new clients to Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Help the sales team create personalized decks and use cases when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to capture requirements, develop solutions, and articulate business value.
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS applications into complex enterprise environments.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS solutions, architecture, modern business applications, development frameworks for Web and App, and API integrations.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders with different backgrounds to solve business and technical problems.
  • Self-starter who can multitask and uphold high standards in sales process execution.
